In partnership with a local caterer, and in keeping with the restaurant’s commitment and philosophy, the menu is based on fresh, local, seasonal and mostly organic produce.

From breakfast to dinner, from jams, caramels and teas to ready-made meals, the products on offer are mainly produced by companies committed to a local and socially responsible approach.
